Sometimes a kitty will come to us so sick we have to hold it for almost a month in order for it to recover. Such was the case with Magda, a pretty grey tabby that was brought in from the Little Creek Base on Shore Drive on July 31st. She was most likely lost from the base housing located there. Regardless, she was brought in to us in the knick of time. Magda was wheezing terribly and feeling just awful. She was skin and bones. We did our best to give her yummy food and a warm comfortable bed in a very quiet area of our shelter, just what the doctor orders for a common upper respiratory infection. Luckily, Magda recovered without incident.
Magda is fairly young, probably just a couple years old and has filled out nicely to a healthy weight. Come meet this sweet, pretty girl today and see if she won't be a wonderful addition to your family! #1607-1730
