Sweet Alexa is a Labrador Retriever mix. There is no mistaken that she is a Lab because she exudes eagerness to please her master! Alexa is in foster care learning to adapt to faithful family life. Her personality is very bright despite coming to Furkids with a broken pelvis, dislocated tail, cuts and scrapes (she has been hit by a car) and heartworms. Alexa’s foster family reports that she loves treats and is easy to train. She is crate trained and very good at following commands, such as “sit”, “down”, “stay” and she’s learning more commands. Alexa gets along good with cats, loves other dogs, and loves people. She has a lot of energy and loves playing ball, belly rubs and cuddle time (she would love to be a lap dog). She enjoys outside time, but likes it best when she has a person or dog friend with which to play. Alexa is a modest 40 lbs. but Lab sleek. It's not been determined who falls in love with who more when Alexa and her foster family look at each other! Alexa's coloring and coat are gorgeous....and just look at that sweet face! Alexa underwent very painful treatments for heartworm disease and is cured. Alexa would love to meet you if you adore a companion who is sweet, smart, beautiful, kind, faithful and loving!
Alexa’s estimated birthdate is 09/08/2014 and her adoption fee is $275 [senior citizens (age 62 and older) and military personnel receive a 15% discount on adoption fees].
