Say hello to Austin! This handsome pup is a big mix of awesome, and at about three years old, he's eager to learn the ropes of doghood. Right now he's living with a foster family and getting some great training, but he would love to find his forever home soon.
Austin is a happy guy! His foster mom says his tail goes and goes when they come home to greet him, and he absolutely loves exploring his neighborhood! He is good with kids, but not so great with other pups and animals. He's making great progress with his trainer and his foster sibling, but he's eager to learn more! He's also very attuned to his people, so he's a wonderful companion.
Austin's ideal home is one where he can have all the attention to himself. He would do best as an only dog, and with a yard where he can explore. His forever family needs to be committed to daily walks and exploration, and continue his training so he can develop his skills. His vet says he's a grown dog with a puppy brain, so he needs his people to take charge and help him be the best dog he can. So how does Austin sound for your home?
