United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below.
Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.

A4993662 Baby is a devoted 13-year-old brown-with-white female Chihuahua and Pug mix who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on September 16th because her previous owner had landlord problems. Weighing 15 lbs, Baby is a sweet and social girl. Her former family said she was housebroken and great with small children. She walks well on leash and likes other dogs. She has an adorable snaggletooth that gives her face extra personality. Although she could use a good teeth cleaning, Baby is otherwise in fine shape for an older lady. Her low energy, good manners, and friendly disposition would make her an outstanding choice for a senior or anyone who wants a mellow, snuggly indoor pet and companion.
I nice organizations.
