My name is Barfi which is the Dari word for Snow, myself and my siblings were rescued by an Afghan lady in 2013 when she found us on a construction site. The kind lady knew we would not last long on a construction site and our mom had disappeared. I settled in quickly at the nowzad shelter and made friends easily with the other dogs. I can walk on a leash but I am not housetrained. I mix well with other dogs and have no known health issues. I like interacting with people and get very excited when I get visitors, I do sometimes jump up but with a little training to polish off the rough edges I will be a loyal and faithful companion. I have been spayed and am microchipped and vaccinated. I have not been tested with cats.
