This poor baby was someone's kitten before he was let out or lost. We got him March 27, 2013 and he was approximately 3-4 months old. he's always been 'special' - hence his name. Be be Monkey Boy is incredibly endearing . He came in as BeBe but as we got to know him, his personality, behavior and body type, we added Monkey Boy. Even as a sick kitten, he had a stockiness to him and an unusually sturdy body shape with mid length black silken hair and while in the cage, he stretched to reach us when we got close. Poor baby had an upper respiratory system that filled his face with snot. He had a burst abscess between his right eye and ear that had multiple drainage holes, one so close to the ear, upon initial inspection from a distance, it looked like he had pus coming out of his ear. He was scared and starving when he showed up at a caretakers door, attracted by the food she fed her TNR'd yard cats.
Bebe Monkey Boy is now healthier than most cats that haven't been through what he's been through. He's a chunky monkey too. One of CatVando's specialties is to take in the sick and send out the happy and healthy. He is charming, affectionate, playful, responds to conversation and voice and we just can't say enough good about this boy - we hate to see him go! But know he needs to go to make room from others. He's good with other cats and a big Belgian Shepherd.
Your baby looks so innocent. Such a sweet little face. I wonder what he likes like other kittens. He appears to be kind of quiet and cuddly, I like him very much. If possible, I'd like to see her on Monday. I live in Elgin. Thank you for your time, Sincerely,Jan Tighe email firstname.lastname@example.org
