Bella came from a very, very bad situation where she was chained up on a 5 foot chain for what we assume to be about a year. Her owners left her for an entire week in 90 degree weather without any food or water or shelter after they sold her dog house for money. She is a STUNNING 3-4 year old brown pit mix who is looking for a second chance at life and will make someone the perfect best friend! She is still getting used to life indoors but so far she loves it, especially my bed. She will run straight to the bed and sprawl out like its the best thing shes ever experienced. She gets along with smaller dogs best but after she recovers from her spay surgery we expect her to be good with all dogs! But she would need to do a meet and greet before being adopted out with any dogs she would be living with. She is a big girl so she needs someone capable of handling her but she is doing EXCELLENT at training so far and we expect that with a little attention she would make the perfect house dog. Surprisingly since she was chained outside, she IS potty trained if taken out at reasonable intervals. She learned sit in one day and it is now her favorite thing to do. Bella does not like cats, but could possibly live in the same home as one depending on the situation. If you are interested in meeting Bella please contact me and we can set something up. If you're looking for a dog that deserves the world and can give it back to you, Bella is your girl!!
