It's always tough to guess the adult size of our puppies, even when the mother is part of the group, because we never know who the daddy dog may be. And did you know that there can be multiple dads in one litter? We know that ALUM's mom is a shepherd mix, under 50 pounds, but we really don't have a clue what daddy is. So... from our observations, we can assure you that mom is pretty stable and easy going, and so far, the puppies are as well. ALUM is the less demanding and intense of the three remaining for adoption. He enjoys toys, a good roll around for a belly rub, and good times with hugs and snuggles.
Successful adopters will live locally in Lynchburg City or Campbell County, or a county touching Campbell County. Alternatively, if you live outside our local area, have a vet reference whom we can contact to verify that your pets have all been spayed/neutered and current with heartworm testing and rabies vaccines, we would consider your application as a "foster to adopt" conditional adoption. Please start the adoption process with an application, found here: www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org
