Hi. My name is Bentley and I am a 3 year old male Yellow Labrador Retriever. I was recently surrendered to Gail's Pets after my owners found out they were having a baby and didn't want a dog around too. So sad I know.
I have made new friends since arriving at the shelter. I am currently in a pen with Festus and we are having a ball running and playing. I also LOVE going for walks and I walk pretty good on a leash.
I was adopted to a family on October 8, 2016 but they brought be back to October 9, 2016. They told the rescue that when their other dog came up to them and I was there that I growl and snapped at the other dog. So, perhaps I should be the only dog in the family. I do get along great with my penmate so I'm not sure why I did that. Otherwise, if you already have another dog but you are willing to work with me on that, then you can adopt me.
I am super friendly, and I am looking for a furrever home.
Bentley resides at a rescue organization in Arkansas. Please contact Gail Ross at 870-431-8229, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this dog. You can find our adoption application by going to www.Gailspets.org and clicking on the Adoption Application tab. The application, when completed and submitted, will be electronically sent to Gail’s email address. If you live on the East Coast, we work with a wonderful transport company that takes extra special care of the precious cargo that they deliver to anxious new families. Here is a link to their one of their schedules.
