Sweet Tuxedo Face & The Softest Fur
“Hello, I think. I’m confused. Somebody just left me here – on the doorstep. It could have rained or snowed – or a mountain lion could have come down the railroad track and eaten me for lunch! I am a quiet, mellow girl who can often be found curled up in a cubby. I understand I am one of several black and white feline beings here. Of course, black and white cats – vaguely tuxedo – are trending. Our ancestors partied in the weeds – now there are lots of us!”
“ If you’ll stop to see me, you’ll discover that I have the softest fur – the softest ever. I use special secret conditioner that a rabbit taught me about years ago. She said, ‘Please, Miss Cat, don’t eat me. I am a good bunny, and I will tell you about a secret formula if you’ll just have something else for lunch!’ She told me about how to have the softest fur – and I do. And I didn’t eat her for lunch – had some guy’s cheese sandwich instead!”
“Could we be friends? Good friends? Notice my sweet tuxedo face, the white blaze on my nose. That’s the real me. The real me purrs and thinks about finding a human or two with cat-sized laps. You don’t suppose you’d like to adopt this fine Berry girl, would you? I’ll keep your feet warm in January. I’ll purr. Bring $120, and take me to your place.”
If you'd like to know more about me., just stop in at the Adoption Center to meet me or leave a message for my human assistant at 651-642-5900 ext. 3. She'll call you back.
