Another adventure in rescuing feral cats at work off Buck Owens Blvd..
Last Thursday a coworker of mine found this sweet thing locked in his office. She must have wondered in there while the door was propped open that morning. She is about 5 weeks old, tiny, and a pretty spunky thing. She put up a good, feisty fight, but we managed to catch her and she's been in my care since. She is slowly warming up, is pretty skeptical about everything, except the dogs and cats I have which make her feel more curious. She has found comfort in a small mouse toy which she likes to snuggle with and play with. I think we saved her just in time to change her stubborn, feral ways and show her what real love is.
Isn't she gorgeous?! So far we call her Buttercup.
If you're interested in possibly being her adoptive home when she's old enough and comfortable enough please shoot us a message! She will be spayed, given first series of vaccines, combo tested and microchipped prior to adoption.
