Callie is a very beautiful little calico. She was a neighborhood stray who was surrendered by her friendly human neighbor. He had been feeding her and watching out for her for a couple of years. She has had four litters of kittens that were killed by tom cats. He says that she is an excellent bird hunter, so we imagine she knows what to do with a mouse, too. Callie's a very gentle kitty who is getting used to the shelter and all her fellow inhabitants. She really likes the good human who brought her to us, so she prefers men to women right now. Callie has tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia, is spayed, and is up to date on her vaccinations.
