Cinnamon is a sweet little dog. She loves attention, especially belly rubs. Little Cinnamon was adopted in order to save her life, and her foster discovered she had heartworms! But now (after the expensive and difficult treatment), she’s ready for a forever home.
Cinnamon is submissive to her people and follows her foster mom around everywhere. Though she has been around other animals in her foster home since April, she would do best in a home where her animal friends are bigger than she! She’s crate trained, mostly house trained (as a Chihuahua can be), healthy, and full of energy. Though she is estimated to be about 7, little dogs like Cinnamon regularly live to be 16+ years of age, so she’s many more years to share your home and your love.
If you feel your home might be the right place for such a great dog - the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt. Once submitted, the foster will contact you promptly to tell you more and to arrange a time to meet!
The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter.
Cinnamon is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster, not by DFWRM.
