Cliff came in with another cat from the same household, Zoe. Both are females who are described by their previous owner as loving lap cats- good with both cats and kids. They both are friendly, outgoing, playful and enjoy toys. Although they also share an FIV+ status, they are in good health so don't let that stand in your way of adopting one or both of these wonderful bonded cats who wound up at the shelter from Cinnaminson through no fault of their own on 7/12/16.
This cat has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). FIV+ cats can live long, happy and healthy lives without medical intervention. FIV can not be transmitted to people or other non-cat animals, and it is only transmitted between cats through serious bites. FIV+ cats are more difficult to find homes for because people are intimidated by this condition, but we encourage you to talk to your vet about FIV to see if your home is right for this cat!
PETNOTE: All cats will be spayed/neutered before leaving the shelter. Please give this kitty a second chance! Visit the shelter and fill out an adoption application today. Please refer to the cat's 5-digit ID when contacting the shelter about this cat. Thanks!
