It''s not right, but life has not been fair to Coco. Judging from the scar on her neck, her asymmetrical face, and the dent in the side of her skull, Coco took a hard hit to the head at some point. The part that will break your heart and heal it right back up again? Coco is loving, kind, forgiving and adorable. She became a volunteer favorite on the first meeting. Coco came out into the play yard in a commando crawl until she felt reassured. She cautiously approaches new people but with the obvious intent of being friends. She''s curious and smart. When given supervised freedom to explore and be herself, Coco blooms. She''s really quite social and loves being in the middle of a group of (fawning) volunteers. Coco got a lot of hugs and kisses on the top of her head and she relished them. And she deserves them. She''s a stellar one-year-old who''s ready to be loved. Coco will be spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccinations prior to adoption. For more information about this upbeat survivor, call us at 502-473-7387 (press 2, then 2 again).
