A volunteer writes: Corri is a pretty, young tuxie girl, a bit too timid to come forward to greet you at her kennel door. She does sit straight up and pay attention while you''re talking to her or changing her litter, but she won''t come to greet you. So if Corri won''t come to you, well, you know you''ll have to go to her. Chat her up a bit, and let her sniff your hand, and wouldn''t you know it, she puts her head down for you to caress her neck. And then she leans into it, as if to say, `yes, right there, that''s it, just keep giving me those nice neck rubs.` Corri''s too shy to ask, so you have to take the initiative. And when you do, you''ll make this little girl very, very happy.
