This is Witty Ditty. He is 3 year old neutered and microchipped male. He is up to date on all shots. He gets along great with dogs (we have a year old Great Dane) and other mature cats. We decided to try a foster of a kitten because we had an older male cat who passed but Witty decided to poop and pee three times in the past month, starting once when the kitten arrived and two times since the kitten was returned. We took Witty twice to our vet in the last three weeks, to assure he had no health issues from the kitten, and after $700 ($450 yesterday) and a battery of stool and blood tests, he was found to be absolutely healthy per or vet today.
We were given Prozac to try to see if he has anxiety. We started it yesterday but the we we're told there could still be kitten pheromones around in our home, and to keep Witty confined to one room with his litter pan, for a week. That's no way for a pet to live, hence our trying to find him a new home.
