Daisy, 8-10, FF
Available Special Needs | Daisy, 8-10yo female
Meet Daisy, a sweet tiny girl. She came out of a large city shelter - a stray, but likely dumped because of her deteriorating rear end usage - we cannot be sure about her age, but our vet estimates between 8 and 10. WE think she's GREAT! She's got a lot of life in her! Runs like crazy on her wheels, and manages to drag herself around when she's not in them. She's not letting a pesky thing like mobility issues slow her down!
She's a smiling and happy girl - she's opinionated, and sticks like glue to her foster mom. Gets along fine with the senior pug in the home and pretty much everyone she meets. She's housetrained, and pees outside. She does usually poop when she walks - but it's solid and easily picked up. Typically at the same time of day too (she's regular!). She likes going for walks on her wheels up to about 1/4 mile! She has come a long way in her time in foster care.
After laser therapy treatment, she's able to stand on her own for about 2 minutes. This is HUGE! We think being up and moving around often has helped her digestive system quite a bit, too. Eats like a pug. Of course! Always hungry and sleeps great.
IDEAL HOME: A home where she will be appreciated and loved as she deserves! She may be a little "differently abled", but DON'T tell her that! She's "Super Pug" - quick, someone give this girl a cape! We are looking for that special someone to adopt Daisy - would you open your heart and home to a sweet like this? We hope so!
Daisy's adoption fee is $200.
