Delilah was brought into the nowzad shelter with her sister Tatiana in 2013. They had been found by foreigners working in Kabul who were concerned for their well being as their mother was not around and they were very young.
Delilah's sister was soon adopted in Kabul and Delilah settled into the shelter and made friends with the other dogs.
Delilah is shy when she first meets new people. She gets on well with her kennel mate, another female dog. She enjoys being stroked and will play with some encouragement. She can walk on the leash and will require some training and socialisation.
Delilah is healthy with no known health issues. She is fine with other dogs and could possibly be introduced to cats if done slowly.
