Age: Approximately 9-10 months. Meet Devin and Campbell. Feel like your suffering from double vision? Let us help you out…Campbell is the one with the white patch on his chest. He is a bit bigger than Devin, but Devin is catching up fast. These two boys are littermates that arrived from Korea on 9/12 in search of their new lives together here in the states. They are sweet, goofy, lab-happy pups. They love everybody and life is just one big adventure. Typical puppies, they are very playful and love to play hard with each other. They haven’t figured out their brakes yet and will crash into people and walls. For this reason, we cannot consider families with small children in the home full time. No cats either. The boys love to wrestle, play chase with sticks, toys, and balls. It appears foster care is their first time with ball and toy exposure since it took them a while to figure out why the ball rolls away. Devin likes to play fetch with a ball and can hold 2 balls in his mouth. He will play for hours. Campbell has not quite figured out this game yet; he will chase after the ball when thrown so he has half the game down. He usually ends up in a flowerbed somewhere, crushing the lovely plants. While digging has not been a problem for the pair, trampled plants lay in wake of their antics. Campbell likes to chew on dog beds, chair pads, shoes, plants, toys, and Devin ~ pretty much anything he can get hold of (even trying things he cannot). Devin is not destructive in this manner, although of the two…he is the follower. Devin is very smart! He is the shyer of the pair but warms up quickly. For Campbell, everyone is an instant friend. He has a bigger personality. They both tend to jump up to greet, pull on leash, and don’t speak English but both are food motivated and easily trainable. Yes, they counter-surf but more out of curiosity rather than taking food…but they are foodies! Devin was very skinny when he arrived and since he has been feeling better, has not slowed down. They are crate trained, enjoy listening to the radio (Top 20 stations are a fav), and both snore. They are not barkers, ride well in the car, and while they have not had the opportunity to go to the beach or been introduced to a pool, Devin sure does love dumping his water bowl and laying in the water. No doubt these boys would love swimming. There you have it. Just about everything we know about this pair so far. Ideally we would like them to stay together to keep each other company and play their silly games all day. Aside from the life altering experiences they went through together, they make good exercise companions and understand the other’s limits.
