This sweet, gentle lady is Diamond, and she is ready to learn what having her very own family is all about. This little sweetheart has not yet known what it is like to be truly cared for and loved- but she can’t wait to find out! Surrendered at a shelter with her puppy, Laun (also a Dog Star), Diamond really had only known a life of living outdoors, with little contact. So sad for this precious little soul, but she knows that brighter days are ahead, and she is ready to soak up all of the love that she can get!
Diamond is approximately 2 ½ years old, 37 lbs, and is a beautiful Shepherd/mix. She has a low to medium energy level, and has just a very kind, gentle way about her, and a personality that is sweet as can be. And this little beauty can’t get enough belly rubs! Diamond is quite shy, but now that she is in a foster home, she is learning to trust, and we know that once she has her very own family to make her feel safe, secure and above all else, loved, that she will blossom into the perfect, most wonderful family dog. She is great with other dogs, and wonderful with children. Diamond has been working hard at learning to walk on a leash, and is house trained, although it is important to understand that sometimes dogs may have an accident or two as they adjust to a new home. Diamond is ready for her chance to shine-can you give this gem of a girl the forever home that she has been dreaming about and that she so very much deserves? She is very ready to meet you!
