All our dogs are spayed/neutered and fully vetted. Senior dogs receive extra bloodwork and we try to do dental cleanings on any dogs that need them. Most of the dogs in our care are crate-trained and cat tested. We test with kids when we can. Our process can seem involved and long - we appreciate your patience. Adopting a dog is not like buying a candy bar in the checkout lane; it should never be a last-minute decision or one that is not fully thought out.
Faith and her brother, Rusty, were surrendered to an overcrowded shelter by their owner. The owner indicated that Faith and Rusty were "outside" dogs and unwanted. Well, that's all changed! Once they stepped foot into their foster home, they have enjoyed every minute of their new life as "inside" dogs! Faith is a 6-year-old beagle, full-figured beagle lady. She is losing weight in her foster home and requires a forever home that will help her maintain a healthy weight for the rest of her life. Faith and Rusty are very attached. We suspect they may be litter mates. They lost everything when they were surrendered to the shelter, and we can't bear for them to lose each other. They MUST be adopted together!
Like what you see? Fill out our online application! We work on a first received, first approved, first adopted basis. We definitely encourage people who are interested in adopting, even if they haven't found the right dog yet, to fill out an application. Our process can take as long as two weeks (we work day jobs!) so having an already approved application speeds things up considerably when you see a dog that catches your eye.
