Hi my name is Forrest. I am about 3 months old now. I came to PBRSD with my momma and five siblings. I am now neutered and have had all my shots, so I am ready to meet a forever family. At the shelter, they thought I was a little "slow" because I would shy away from my siblings and not respond as much as they did to things around us. When my foster mom first met me she noticed it seemed my shyness was because I could not hear everything going on. I have been to the vet, and they say I am not totally deaf, but there may be some things I don't hear. With lots of love and attention I am proud to say I am doing much better. I run to my momma and the kids who come to play with us, and I will fall over and show my belly for belly rubs.. My favorite!!! I still do get scared easily when faced with new things, but if you are give me a little time to investigate, I am okay. I have worked hard on potty training... And almost have that mastered... I do know how to use the doggie door. I am working on sit and now that I have all my shots, walking on a leash. I play nice with my siblings, and currently share my kennel and toys with my sister Raven. My mom thinks a home with another dog to keep me company and give me confidence would be best.
