Gellie is a beautiful, mature cat that was rescued from a limited-capacity municipal shelter. This sweetie’s future was quite bleak when her owner passed away and there was nobody to care for her. Fortunately, Forgotten Ones was able to take her into our adoption program and she is now thriving in her foster home.
The name Gellie means energy and, despite her age, this gal has a wonderful playful nature and enjoys pouncing on and chasing after her toy mouse.
Her name also means true relaxation and peace of mind, which absolutely describes what this little darling will bring to your life. She craves affection and will show you her love in many different ways—little kisses, cuddling, snuggling, and curled up in your lap joyfully purring. And when she chats to you with her sweet little meow, you just can’t help but smile. How could you not feel relaxed and peaceful in the presence of such a tender soul? She has a cute little bob-tail, we are not sure if she was born this way or it is a result of trauma, but it just adds to her cuteness.
Gillie is best-suited for a mature family and will provide you with lots of love and companionship.
