‘This companion animal is currently in the Nowzad shelter in Kabul, Afghanistan. If you are interested in adopting, then the Nowzad charity will supply you with video and photographs and should the adoption go ahead will fundraise and arrange the transport for this companion animal to come to your home’.
I came into the nowzad shelter as a young pup in 2011. I had been raised by an American soldier who had planned to take me home to America but sadly she was deployed to another foreign country and was not able to take me with her.
I grew up in the company of the other pups at the shelter and one by one I saw my friends all go home to their soldiers but I was overlooked.
I am an active dog who is very demanding for love and cuddles. I can get a little bit protective when other dogs are around but I am generally good with other dogs if introduced properly.
I have no known health issues. I am not housetrained but I learn quickly. I will need some training but I will be a loyal and faithful companion.
