Harley is our resident Stud Muffin...He is a short, slightly stocky guy....what a doll...He just wants to be with his people and be held and petted...He is a great snuggler too...Likes other dogs his size and would be a great companion to another smaller, friendly dog in a quiet household...He is a staff favorite for sure... He'd probably do best without young kids.
He is taking heart medicine and will go out with a goodly supply which is not expensive. We've had his teeth cleaned so he's got nice breath and pearly whites! His eyes are dry and need ointment twice daily - again he's got that in his travel bag!
Probably 11 yrs young and 10# - he came from a senior home who could no longer care for him.
Are you my furrever family?
For further info on the adoption process, please visit our home page and check out the "Adopt a Dog" section where very thorough instructions await. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, micorchipped, and fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.
The beauty of coming to our Apple Valley sanctuary is that you can see all 90+ dogs! No more weekend mobiles—only special events. Maybe if there are enuff appointments, we could see you in El Monte or Orange County or nearby. Email your application and ask for more details!
Beagles & Buddies must find ways to raise money so we can continue saving dogs. Your tax-deductible donation keeps our rescue kennel operating!
