Harvey is a 6-year-old neutered black male. He is a very handsome boy who needs to be adopted with his best buddy Floyd. He is friendly and enjoys being around his family. Harvey loves to go for walks and will do best with an Easy Walk Harness as he does pull. He is very social and just wants to go meet every human and dog. Harvey seems to know the commands: sit, wait, shake and off. He is house trained and is used to free reign of the house when his family is not home. Harvey needs a home with a fenced in yard as he has always had one and enjoys exploring outside in the yard. He loves to run around the yard and he will retrieve anything that you throw for him. Harvey is good with other dogs. No cat history. Harvey is approved for kids 10 and up. Must go to a home with a physical not invisible fence. Foster family reports: Harvey and Floyd are loving being out of the kennel and are happy to be in their foster home! They are a constant source of entertainment for their foster parents with their silly, playful personalities! They love the yard and are happy to be running off their pent up energy. Floyd is shy at first, but very polite and calm. He's warmed up to his foster parents and likes to follow their lead. He lets you lead while on walks and doesn't try to walk ahead of you. Floyd takes food and treats nicely from your hard. Harvey is a goofy, playful pup. He could use a bit of work on his leash skills, but knows lots of commands like sit, down, come and "get it" when asking for a toy. Both boys have done nicely in their crates for short periods of time during the day, and at night. They both really enjoy lounging on the couch and have great house manners; no counter surfing and house trained. Update: Harvey and Floyd are an awesome duo. They are low-maintenance and easy going with great manners. If you've ever thought two dogs were a lot of work, this dynamic duo will prove you wrong.
