These two teeny, beautiful kittens—one delightful orange tabby, one gorgeous tortie—were rescued from a Brooklyn backyard a month ago. Now known as Hillary and Bernie, they are bonded siblings who are still getting used to indoor life, but they were rescued when they were still young enough for them to be socialized properly. We’re so glad, because they’re so charming.
Bernie loves to sit on his foster’s lap and luxuriate in lovely pets, while purring and rolling around happily. Hillary is still a bit shy, but she does sit next to her foster and watch the action. We’re certain she’ll learn the lap lifestyle very soon!
Both kitties love to play and snuggle together—you can see them hugging in their pictures—and so they must be adopted to their new home together. While they may need a little time to adjust to a new environment, once they do, they will be wonderful, adorable, loving little companions!
Hillary and Bernie are approximately 5 months old, felv/FIV negative, and up to date on vaccines. They’ll be spayed/neutered once they’re older. If you’d like to meet these two candidates for your affection, contact Tara Green at firstname.lastname@example.org!
