Honey is being fostered in Lincoln, NE
Honey just turned 7 yrs old and for her birthday, her family decided to move and leave her alone in the rental house. A concerned neighbor could hear her barking and called authorities, who promptly took her to the local vet clinic. A NPBR volunteer was then contacted asking for help. Once the owners were located, they indicated to put her to sleep if they can't find a home, but WAIT, they need her Harley Davidson collar/leash back because it will bring some cash. Honey is just a delight. She walked into her foster home with ease, learned the doggie door in 10 minutes and gets along great with the resident boxers and children. Do not let Honey's age fool you, she has a lot of get up and go, loves a good run, walk and play. She quickly then settles down for movie time/popcorn on your lap. This girl is a GEM and will make a family very happy.
