This sweet and very handsome boy is Hunter, and he has a story to tell. You see, Hunter’s previous owner, a homeless Veteran trying to survive living in a shed, had to surrender Hunter and his three other dogs (Lancer, Kodi, and Suki) when he realized he simply could not give them the care that they needed and deserved. Heartbroken, the previous owner is hopeful that these dogs will find a better life, where they will have a roof over their heads and families that will love them just as he had, and that will able to provide the proper care for them. Dog Star has made the promise to find homes that will provide the proper care and life for these dogs- we know brighter days are ahead for all of them.

He will do best with a family committed to providing him with routine, boundaries and plenty of belly rubs!
