Impala is a sweet, gentle old lady. She is a nine year old black chow chow mix who is good around dogs, cats, and kids! Impala was surrendered to Dallas Animal Services with a litter of six puppies. Her puppies were all adopted, leaving Impala behind to find her FURever home. Luckily a foster stepped in!
Impala is house trained, crate trained, and walks well on the leash. She loves to lie in bed with her people and is a good snuggler! She isn't much for playing with toys, but loves to trot around the yard. Impala also loves going on walks to the park. She is perfectly content to sit next to you and get lavished with attention.
Even at nine years old, Impala has a lot of zest and life left to live! Every morning she bolts to the back door and runs to go have fun. Impala also has the CUTEST expressions! She cocks her head with her floppy ears. She can be shy at first, but is overall a laid back dog looking for someone to call her own!
