Jill is a very sweet old girl that is enjoying the good life! She is at least 14 years old and as gentle as they come. Jill was surrendered to a shelter with her younger housemate, but he was adopted, leaving her all alone. Lounging on a comfy bed is her favorite activity, unless she hears the crinkle of a treat bag or the scoop of food hitting the food bowl! She will come running to let you know she's hungry! She really enjoys the company of people and other dogs.
Jill is current on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. Unfortunately, she is heartworm positive and suffers from chronic UTIs. Due to her age, we will keep her on a monthly heartworm preventative (slow kill) as opposed to going through heartworm treatment. Jill will spend the rest of her days at The Old Dog House. She is available for monthly or one-time sponsorship to assist with her ongoing medical expenses. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
