Please contact Hollan for more information about this pet.
Jillie is moderately active and LOVES playing, especially in water. She will fit into an active family, with or without another canine companion. Jillie is fun loving, athletic, but a little independent, and although smart, will definitely benefit from consistent training. She does fine with other dogs and has been around my preschool age grandsons. Jillie, despite her bout with illness is outgoing and loves people, and will be a great companion. We would love to hear about how much Jillie is loved and we love pics: firstname.lastname@example.org
Jillie is a confirmed distemper survivor and she has been symptoms free since late July. Since her case was confirmed she could shed the virus for up to 5 months after contracting the disease in July, so Jillie should not be around unvaccinated dogs until after November, 2016, since she may be a risk to them. Although she has not developed any neurological symptoms, there is a possibility that she could still develop neurological tics or other neurological concerns.
