Rescued from Baltimore City Parking lot. Had been hanging out in the neighborhood for years, and was very attached to her guardian angel Lisa who worked in the area. Lisa was the only one who stopped to feed her. Joy would come out to meet her car every day until the one day she did not show, so Lisa went looking for her and found her down the block. She had eaten some thing poisonous out of a trash bag some where or maybe found something on the ground (hopefully no one gave it to her on purpose) and her tongue and throat was swelling, she was having trouble breathing and Lisa quickly raced her off to the ER. Several hours later and lots of money gone. Joy was doing great. She now is on a strict diet of fresh cat food only, and is an indoor only cat and loves it.
