Juniper has been training hard for the Kitty Olympics this summer! This sleek and petite cathlete is already decked out in her lucky black jersey, complete with a white bib in the shape of a “V” (for “Victory,” of course!). Juniper is a pro at wrestling with a feather-toy, and has recently been spotted practicing for the boxing event by jumping in and out of boxes. Her favorite winter sports are bobsledding (helped by her distinctive bobbed tail) and curling (up in a sunlit spot).
A kitten hood illness left Junie with a cloudy eye with limited vision, but you wouldn’t know it to see her in action! This furry bundle of joy and energy doesn’t let anything hold her back. She successfully qualified for the basketball playoffs by chasing a ball and then snuggling in her basket, and also hopes to wow the judges at an upcoming bowling tournament by showing how enthusiastically she can eat from her bowl. A bright and inquisitive little lady, Junie considers herself a triathlete: she’ll try anything once, especially if it involves a chin rub and a treat!
Like any Olympian, Juniper is happiest when she’s part of a team, so she’s hoping that a loving family will soon invite her into their huddle for a cuddle. This little star dreams of bringing home the gold someday – but even more than that, she’d love for a special person to bring HER home with them!
Juniper will be great in any type of home including with older children and small dogs. She has no special needs and will make a very special addition to the family.
Like all SNAP pets, Juniper is spayed, up to date on shots and vaccinations, and micro-chipped. And ready to meet you at one of our adoption centers or by special appointment.
