Kali is a dreamy-eyed girl. She is petite and cute. She likes to be petted and to sit by your side. Kali was found by a realtor as she was abandoned in her own home. Can you imagine? She waited and waited for her family to come. Where could they be? Puzzled, Kali continued to look out the windows and hoped they'd be soon. (neighbors observed but didn’t know she was alone) Her family came home every day until now. She didn’t understand. You see, Kali was getting hungry and thirsty. A few days went by and then a few more. She took her nap and hoped when she woke that it was all a dream. Then, Kali heard the sound for which she had been waiting. After one week, someone was at the door. However, she did not know this person entering. She froze and wanted to hide. The person talked softly to her and approached slowly. She was just as surprised to see Kali in the home. Hmmm, maybe she can be trusted. Maybe she knows where my family is? Will she leave too? Kali didn’t take too long to think about leaving with this stranger. She was lonely and very hungry. She was given good food, some toys, and a nice, cozy bed at the kind realtor’s home. Because Kali was left behind, she is on alert if she hears loud noises. Importantly, she settles down quickly and loves attention. We feel she will do best in a quieter home. Cats take some time to learn their new surroundings. With some patience, time, and love, Kali would be your best friend. She does like other cats. We do not know about dogs. Would you like to meet Kali? She came to the Adoption Event at Petco, but she was very star struck and sat very still. So, please call or text Anita at 407 460 2305 to make an appointment. Thank you!
