Handsome, athletic, smart, and good-natured – Kerron is the total package! New to The Barking Lot as of September, 2016, Kerron came to TBL with a small group of pups from Mexico. Kerron was originally found in Mexico as a street dog. He was just wandering around eating scraps from trash cans. At the time, he was extremely malnourished but despite the hardships he clearly suffered, he was still approachable and friendly. Our rescue partners in Mexico took him in, got him healthy, and then sent him to TBL to help him find his forever home. In the short time Kerron has been at TBL, all of our volunteers have fallen in love with him. When asked to describe him, you will hear most of our crew use the same phrase over and over – “what a great dog.” It’s simple but it’s true! Kerron gets along great with other dogs, proving himself to be a social, playful pal to all his TBL dog friends. He’s also great with people, and friendly with everyone he meets. At just under one-year-old, this Jindo/Dutch Shepherd mix is close to fully-grown, weighing in at about 55 pounds. Kerron has a beautiful light brindle coat and very cute, big, point ears. An athletic type of guy, Kerron wants an active family who will take him on hikes, jogs, trips to the beach, and out and about to local parks. Kerron walks well on a leash and responds to some commands, especially when you have treats in your hand. If handsome, smart, and athletic are the three things you wanted most in a pup, no need to look any further. Submit an app for Kerron today!
