I’m Lucy and I know just how to make you love me.
I believe you humans have a funny picture show called “I Love Lucy.” Well, I like the sound of that. It’s something I’ve gotten used to hearing. I’m pretty much the furry epitome of charm and confidence.
I strut my stuff around the home—I get comfortable pretty quick and have no problem finding the spots with the perfect vantage points to keep track of all the action when I’m mellowing out. I understand that you need personal space, I just don’t think you’ll really want any when I’m around. But hey, I’ll let you be the judge of that.
I’m simply a loveable orange furball. I get along with most species, be it the two-legged hairless kind, or my sloppy, loud canine counterparts. There is no soul I have met that can trump my bravado; however, little humans are unexplored territory for me but I hear they can be a bit energetic and well, I’m not. I like to nap, take long walks to the kitchen, sleep next to you in bed and chase a string for about two and a half seconds.
But you know what my favorite activity is? Hearing the door lock unlatch when my humans are retiring back to their home after a busy day. I just love to greet them as soon as they open that door. You can even yell “Lucy! I’m home!” for pizazz. I’ll love that.
So what do you say, will you love Lucy? If the answer is at least “maybe,” then let’s meet in real life. Go ahead and send an email to email@example.com or fill out an adoption application at https://pawsco.org/adopt/catadoptionapplication/.
