AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION (WATEBURY, CT)
Luddy: HIV+, Neutered Male, 2 Years Old, Main Coon Cat
Luddy, a 2 year old, neutered Main Coon cat was taken to the veterinarian to be killed because he has AIDS. Fortunately, he was saved and is a wonderful cat. AIDS cats can live a long life just like any another Cat. The HIV positive, can live with another cat as there are many cats who live with AIDs cats that do not contract AIDS. Importantly, you will not get AIDS from a cat. Luddy has been neutered, has all of his vaccinations, and is Negative for Leukemia. Rose Hope Animal Refuge just placed a kitten that tested HIV positive. Luddy is waiting for a great home, so please give him a chance! Luddy would also do well as an only cat.
In order to pre-qualify, we must be able to get a veterinarian reference (in your own name) to be able to adopt any Rose Hope Animal Refuge cat.
Luddy has a Donation/Adoption fee of $ 150 which includes the following: veterinarian examination, neutering, rabies, and distemper vaccinations.
Request an application by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org,
with the subject heading: Luddy, your name, and veterinarian’s name and phone number.
