Milo is a handsome year and a half old lab mix who was pulled from the euthanasia list at PACC, and is recently did a board and train program with a local trainer. Milo is an intense critical thinker. He may have lived his life in a back yard, and when Bridge pulled him from PACC it seemed as though he had never made a connection with a human. This has been slowly changing and he has been learning to take direction very well and to actually seek out attention from people. He has really learned how to calm himself down pretty quickly and is learning all the rules to living a polite lifestyle. He is dog friendly, but at this point still somewhat dog selective. He has had no aggressive behavior, but he sometimes fixates on one dog and can become very intense. Through his training he has made huge improvements on social interactions with other dogs. His personality is very thoughtful; in training you can see the wheels in his brain turning as he tries to work out what you are asking of him! He has separation anxiety but has been doing well in a very secure Impact Crate. He will have moments of very loud barking, but has been settling in much quicker.
