Hi! My rescue name is Miloh, but my foster mom calls me Kozi and I like that. She says I am a majestic big boy (over 12 Pounds) & very handsome. When I first came to foster care, I was really scared of noises like drawers opening, doors closing, & especially male voices. I used to pace the floor @ night & cry alot too, not wanting to be shut out of, or into any room in the house. I need to be free to roam. I still get startled once in awhile, but life is so much better. I experienced some hardship prior to coming to foster care. I always want to go outside. My foster mom loves me so she takes me out on a leash. I'd really like my new family to be willing to do that too. Otherwise you will have to watch me carefully when opening doors, because I will try to escape. I am not much of a lap kitty, but I do show my affection in other ways, like extending my paw out lovingly to touch my humans, or rubbing up against them. I also like to lay up on top of couches and chairs behind my peeps when they are relaxing or watching Tv. Once in awhile I jump up on my foster moms bed and sleep with her for part of the night too. You should probably know about other things I enjoy besides going outside. I love long naps sprawled out in a quiet room on a big bed, bouncey cat toys dangled on a string, being brushed, getting treats, chasing soft sparkle balls, the laser light, & bugs. I also LOVE soft cat food. I repeat soft cat food! I will eat both hard and soft, but if you adopt me, please feed me both! I dislike getting my nails clipped, so please be very gentle with me when you do that. Don't ever clip past the white part of the nail. Also, I could use a scratching post as I still need to learn good habits. And oh yeah, If you ever want to buy me a present..I would really like some catnip. My foster mom gives it to me on special occassions. My birthday is April 1, so now you know one thing to get me way in advance. I am looking for someone who will take the time to continue to nuture me, because it will only make me more loving and gentle. The more you love me, the more I will love you back! Hope to meet you soon. Love, Miloh (But please... call me Kozi) tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">All animals are in foster homes located throughout the Twin Cities & Central Minnesota.
