Missy is a happy girl who loves being with people. She's affectionate and will lay her head on your lap, nuzzle your hand, and roll over for belly rubs. She'll give you lots of kisses! When she gets excited, she'll do a cute little dance and make adorable little squeaking sounds.
Missy loves being outside and going on walks, but she has bilateral hip dysplasia so her activity should be limited. She's curious and enjoys exploring her environment, inside and outside. In the house, she's calm as long as she has a chew toy or a human to cuddle.
This sweet girl is eager to please and is working on leash walking, house training, and basic commands. She already responds well to "no" and to being called. Once she's settled down in her crate, she behaves very well.
Missy is looking for an adopter who will have the time to love, train, and care for her. She will need surgery on both hips for her hip dysplasia. She would like a yard she can explore or be able to go on walks. Because of her hip dysplasia, she has a hard time with stairs, so shouldn't live where she has to climb them. We're not certain how she is with dogs or cats.
Come make Missy your best friend today!
