Molly and Murphy were two little Bichons that were not being treated very well and the owner wanted them gone. They are about 9 years of age and very sweet. Murphy had cataracts and was going blind. PPR and some very generous donors, raised enough money to have Murphy's cataract removed and he is now able to see well. He will be an eye medication for the rest of his life, three times a week, at a cost of about $47 every month. Molly has been his guide dog for some time, so they are very bonded. Both are housebroken. They walk very well on a leash and love meeting new people. Murphy is not so happy with other male dogs, but other than that, they do get along well with other animals. We would like to see Murphy and Molly adopted together. They have a very tight bond, formed with all the confusion in their lives and Murphy's low vision. Now that he can see, they are very playful and enjoy each others company. They are spay/neutered, microchipped, vaccinations up to date, and heartworm negative. If you are interested or have questions, please submit an application www.poquitapawsrescue.org. Adoption fee for the two is $300.
