Visit Moonbeams webpage http://saccountydogs.com/2016/08/21/moonbeam/ for photos and more. Some dogs have such a beautiful, resilient spirit, they remind us why we love dogs so much, and Moonbeam is one of those dogs. She is the perfect size she is a petite little nugget, weighing in at about 40lbs. At two years old, she is just out of the destructive puppy phase, but still has a youthful exuberance that makes spending time with her a true pleasure. In her foster home, Moonbeam is learning about all the great things family life has to offer, and watching her learn and experience new things is an absolute joy. She lives with three other dogs and gets along well with them. She would really appreciate having a gently playful, male dog to keep her company in her new home. She is house trained, and sleeps in her crate at night without making a peep. She is such a good girl that she even gets to roam freely in the house while her foster family is at work! She walks well on leash, and checks in with her handler often to give them one of her big, adorable smiles. She knows basic obedience skils like sit and down, and loves learning things for treats. Hot dogs are her favorite! She is on the mellow side, and while she does need regular exercise like all dogs, she is also perfectly happy to sunbathe or snuggle up on the couch with her head on your lap.
