Say hello to sweet, goofy, adorable Mossely! Mossely arrived at The Barking Lot in September, 2016 with a small group of dogs from Mexico. Mossely was found by our rescue partners in Mexico when they stumbled upon her abandoned and tied to a tree. Our rescue partners scooped her up, helped her get healthy, and sent her to TBL so she could find her forever home. Mossely is an awesome little dog, with an outgoing, friendly, and social demeanor, both towards other pups and people. Word on the street is that she is also OK with cats, and mostly just ignores them. On top of being playful and sociable, Mossely is obedient. Her biggest desire in life (besides having a good time) is to please her people. This means that Mossely will probably be a quick study when it comes to formal obedience training, as she is incredibly people-focused. At 7 months old, this Boxer/Beagle mix currently weighs about 25 pounds, but we think she will be closer to 35-40 pounds once fully-grown. She has a beautiful tricolor coat that is short and will not require much in the way of grooming. Mossely is very playful and very social, and with that in mind, she would love an active family who is willing to keep her social calendar full and take her on lots of hiking/dog park/beach trips. Mossely is an ideal medium-size, making her a prime fit for most living situations. Like what you are seeing/reading? Then submit an app for Mossely and come get to know her in person!
