She was surrendered to the Apple Valley Animal shelter by her family because they where having landlord issues. Before giving her up they did let the shelter know she was a great family dog and great with their children! We rescued her from the shelter and quickly learned what a doll she is! She's a sweet playful girl, about a year old so she still has that puppy energy. She's great in the car and loves to play with her toys!
Here's what a volunteer who had a chance to walk her had to say:
NALA was super sweet. She was eager to meet new people and welcomed several people who even came up to her and gave her tons of love and pets. Towards the end of our walk when we strolled by the school, Nala actually had a group of about 4-5 middle school boys who were petting her and walking with us, complimenting how pretty Nala is and asking questions about her. She pulled on the leash a little bit when she saw the other dogs, but she was just eager to try to meet them. She didn't growl, bark, bear her teeth, or try to charge any other dog we saw, and her tail was wagging the whole time.
