Nayla is a playful pup! She came into foster care already housebroken. Nayla loves other dogs and was playing with the resident dogs within a few minutes of arriving. She's very snugly and prefers to sleep next to a human on the couch or in the human bed--but she asks permission from the resident dogs before getting up on furniture! Nayla has quickly learned to use the doggie door in her foster home and has been respectful of the fence.
Nayla's breed is anyone's guess. Her snout looks like German shepherd, but
the rest of her seems to be some sort of adorable short-haired brown dog.
She's about 2.5 years old and still has some puppy energy/mannerisms.
Nayla is spayed and up-to-date with the vetting. She knows sit and is learning down. Nayla likes to go for walks but still pulls on the leash, so she'll need some training for that. She will also sneak food if you're not watching her, so her humans will need to learn not to leave food out on the counter -- this will be a small price to pay for a lifetime of love from a really special dog!
Our dogs are all fostered in private homes, and all adopters must go through our screening process before being put in contact with the foster family. By responding to our email inquiries quickly, you can help speed up the approval process!
