Meet Odus! This handsome Coonhound mix had an owner who decided not to bail him out of the shelter, but Labs and More is more than happy to help him get his second chance at happiness. Odus had no problem settling in to his foster home. He plays with the resident dog, is house and crate trained although he is trustworthy in the house and does noy need to be crated. Odus also knows some of his basic commands. This beauty walks decently on the leash with some correction and he loves his walks. He would make an excellent hiking buddy. Odus also has excellent recall when off leash, he lets you know when he needs to go out, and he will even put himself to bed where he sleeps soundly on his dog bed. This adorable boy loves being with his people, and he is affectionate and super sweet. This sweetheart is a true nose-to-the-ground hound and enjoys the smells along the way. Odus rides very well in the car, even jumping right into the crate where he rode quietly. Odus is working on gaining some healthy weight in his foster home, and he likes having space from the other dogs in the home to enjoy his meal. He has been going to doggy day camp during some days during the week and he is having a ball! He does well with the other dogs and plays well. Odus can't wait to find his forever family so he can love on you for the rest of his days and give you one of his hugs or curl up on your lap.
