Young bundle of energy and "sunshine" looking to share his zest for life!
Hello good world, my name is Rusty! I'm two-years old, orange and white, and 42 pounds of beautiful, brilliant sunshine. My NBRAN foster Mom and Dad have confirmed I'm healthy, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations and neutered. Yes, I'm still quite the puppy, though; Mom calls it "high energy". We're working on my not jumping up to give people kisses and hugs; both Mom, Dad, and I are making very good progress. I'm very good in the house; no accidents. Going for walks is my favorite; I have a special-collar so I don't pull too hard, also. I am typical Brittany so I will need a fenced yard to keep me safe. Mom feels my forever family shouldn't have little kids or too old of people whereas I might accidentally knock them down. My new shouldn't have cats either as I find them quite interesting I'm a Brit you know! I have 3 Britt-brothers and an English Setter sister in our home but I like to be first-in-line for attention; being an only-dog might be a good idea. I really love people. Rusty came to us as a runaway. He very likely was breeding stock and otherwise abandoned when no longer needed. He is truly a gorgeous, vigorously healthy, is learning to be a normal Brittany. He does vie for attention and has shown he will "guard" either Polly or I; a single-dog home may best. Rusty is very good on walks and we do employ a resistance collar as he pulls, like a Brittany. He improves every day. He's way happy and a very sweet, puppy. He loves people.
