Oxford is a happy, well-mannered gentleman. He always has a big smile on his face, especially when he is being petted. His little tongue sticks out and his ears go down; you can tell he is in sheer bliss while being loved! Oxford is house trained, friendly with other dogs, and wonderful with kids. Oxford is so well behaved, he does not need to be crated when left home alone. He is extremely sweet, gentle, and loves to be around people. He will follow you wherever you go and lay down near you wherever you sit. His best qualities are his positive demeanor and big, happy smile! He has a medium energy level, so a nice walk and a run around the yard will suffice for his activity, no toys necessary. Oxford is awesome on a leash, too. After a little activity, he is content to relax in his big bed during the day. Oxford has Megaesophagus. This means adopter will have to feed him in his special chair (shown in the picture) twice a day and leave him upright to digest for 20 minutes. Don't worry, Oxford does very well and is very patient while in his feeding chair. Oxford's condition requires no medication, just a new home who has the time and devotion to give this little guy a healthy, proper life. Oxford seems to know he has special needs and he just wants to be loved and accepted. Meet this sweetheart today!
